I didn't understand nor really agree with it so mom an I went ahead and got the works. (Swedish massages, pedi, mani) I was a little irritated when I arrived but left happy and relaxed. My massage therapist was Sandra, my mom's massage therapist was Usheka. Both catered to our needs. They asked questions about our needs. Will definitely request these two every time. Nail Techs: Kenda and B.J. Did a great job on our toes and nails. These ladies are professional with superior customer service. The mani/pedi were great. We didn't want to leave. Check out Lady: Charity and Ashley were very nice and explained all of my questions regarding discounts and future services. Tips: Donot book unless you KNOW your going. You will get charged for services regardless within 24 hours but they do offer a voucher I believe if u cancel late. Also,I'm very big on customer service. The bad reviews on here about rude customer service,i dont think they are still employed. We didn't encounter any rude people. Give them another try. Great service and great work. You won't leave unhappy.

For upcoming surgery on the other leg, i elected to have Bliss Wax Bar do a leg wax, to delay the regrowth by several weeks and avoid the discomfort. I elected to have Bliss Wax Bar wax the other leg prior to surgery, since I was so pleased with a male waxing that Kaliegh had performed on me. But Kaliegh was unavailable, so her partner, Kim, performed the leg wax service; AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Kim's technique got the job done with only minor discomfort, and her demeanor during the wax kept me at ease. Kim and Kaliegh are the dynamic duo at Bliss Wax - experts in execution and customer service! I am now and will remain a Bliss Wax Bar repeat customer for ALL my wax needs. Thank you, ladies, you are the tops!

Every time I walk into her pristine and beautifully decorated office space I feel instantly at ease and like I'm being taken care of by family!
