I was impressed with these guys before they even showed up. I have a wine fridge that is not working very well so I made an appointment for a free estimate. They sent a confirmation text, and before the tech left the office he gave me a text that he was on the way. He showed up on time and inspected the fridge. Instead of trying to sell me on a repair, he told me that I should consider replacing the chiller which would probably be the better option even though he got nothing out of it. I just had the best customer service I have ever had for anything! I woke up to no heat this morning and it was bitter cold. Through Yelp, I found VOLTA Hvac. Jack was here in less than two hours and diagnosed the problems. There were a couple of bad parts including the motherboard. He explained I might be without my furnace for a couple days because the new motherboard could only be located in San Jose or Sacramento. This sweet man drove to San Jose and picked up the new motherboard, came back and installed it. I have a cozy condo again and I am so grateful. I highly recommend this company for heating and air conditioning issues. The entire process was fairly painless and Jack was very professional, polite and respectful following Covid protocol. He said that there was a possibility of another part going bad in a week or two and it sure did. He came out again and this time he needed to order the part but he did not charge me for labor.
