She reluctantly turned back to staffing having a few not so good experiences rattling around her mind, but those were quickly out weighted with Christmas on our minds. Determined she began applying, I helped her fill out application after application until our fingers almost bled, we're losing hope. We called World Premier and a warm friendly voice answered the phone, it was Rodrigo. He asked how he could help, then surprised us with the way he listened and the urgency he treated her with. Like her problems were not just hers but theirs too. Rodrigo got her hired within the same week, and followed up with her after her first day to see how she like it and how they treated her. Little things like this add up to make a big difference in one's overall experience. World Premier Agency is not a typical staffing agency it is the bridge between you and your career.

At this point I was becoming very discouraged especially when indeed.com would show over 100 candidates applying for 1 job. I expressed this to Tara and she was very understanding and said she was there to help me get back to work. My interview with Tara was in 6/21 then on 7/13 I had an employer interview and was working on 7/15. I am loving what I am doing and the people that I am working with. Tara has been super responsive to any questions I have had. I highly recommend Tara at the Stockton Express Office.

She said I can do a walk in and drop my resume off in person and fill the application In person as well. Anyways, I arrive at the office and the front desk lady tells me "fill the application online" WHICH I have no problem doing. Fast forward, I go home and fill out the application. The application has a questionnaire portion which LITERALLY asks drug related questions.. (Look at the picture I have attached) After 50 some questions later, I get the results and it said "I did not meet the requirement" How funny is that? I literally call the office and tell her I did not meet the requirement and the lady told me "wait 6 months and apply again" OKAY I guess I will apply again after SIX WHOLE MONTHS. Job agencies are supposed to help look for job, I understand if they are not looking for employees at the time but at least let the people know you are not currently hiring. I DO NOT recommend this agency.

Once I stated that to them, they already knew yet failed to tell the other temps within the company, border fraudulent bait and switch behaviour. I quit a job immediately in regard to that as I was clearly overqualified for the position that they claimed would rotate within departments that they knew never would happen. I can do everything within that warehouse setting I was working in, yet they had me doing entry level work when I was an Inventory Control Manager at my previous job. Had I known about the real job and their shady tactics, I would've never responded to their calls. I also let all of the other Temps know what type of agency Balance Staffing is & showed them the exchange I had with Sandy & Tanya in regards to them blatantly lying to us and not having the decency to do their job and inform us that we wouldn't rotate departments. They treat a certain employer/client like they're running a dialysis clinic, they make you do all this homework then Sandy will call you asking specific questions about each department knowing you will never work in any other department besides Beauty. An absolute waste of one month of my life. I would avoid this place like the bubonic plague. If I see them post this job without updating the job specifications, I will report them to Zip Recruiter and Indeed for FRAUD. They also claim that the seasonal temp job is to hire, I spoke with several 10+ year employees saying that's BS, they only hire directly and if they do out of 40 temps maybe one makes it.

Arcoaire emailed me and I confirm the interview date and time with them via email and advised John of doing so and sent him a screenshot of that confirmation.
