Josh and Walt helped me to cancel the policy and supposedly stop the renewal for the higher insurance. Josh informed me that I would get a refund (due to cancelling early) but in reality, they deducted the following month almost $500 from my account! I contacted the agency only to speak to a less than professional and absolutely rude butthole! He was upset with me because apparently, he couldn't answer my question as to why they deducted the monies from my account when I had previously cancelled the policy because guess what, Josh no longer works for them. Walt failed to respond to my calls and emails about my money being refunded. So, now I continue to wait for a refund that has to be mailed to me! Not direct deposited as they took it! Go figure!
