Since the fire, our insurance agent has contacted me only twice to check in. That level of communication is completely unacceptable during this loss. We are encountering issue after issue throughout this insurance process, yet our agent has provided no guidance, follow up or support. We have been left to navigate an overwhelming and complicated situation on our own, at the exact moment when we need help. Customers pay insurance premiums year after year with the expectation that their agent will help them through a catostrphic situation. We never imagined losing eveything and certianly never expected to be met with such limited support afterwards. This office advertises making their clients "feel like family" and giving them the "peace of mind knowing you are backed by a team that cares about you"....not so!!!

Brian promptly returned my call, exhibiting the same warmth that the others had shown. He made me feel at ease while explaining ways that Global Title could help resolve my concerns. I was already engaged with the new company and couldn't unpull that trigger. At this point, I am pretty much forgiving the mistakes and issues. One issue to note is that the 3rd party a guy who is contracted by Global seems to be telling them a story that doesn't fit the scene. The owner at Global told me that his 3rd party guy told him somethings about the seller which I kno weren't true (because I was there). He made it out to be that we (the seller and myself) were upset with him (the third party guy), when infact-at the time, we were pleased with Mr Third party (see initial review by me) and upset at Global for the mistakes and what we sensed was an attitude from their representative over the phone while talking to 3rd party guy. All in all, they did try to rectify the situation so I am increasing the stars from 1 to 3.

Additionally, the mortgage Co. notified me of a $700.00 charge for the lapse in coverage. I suppose I was fortunate that there was no damage to the house while there was no coverage. After 9 years of being their insured, you'd think they could have made a 2-minute phone call to advise me. That's it for me, you decide if need an agency you can trust.
