My house flooded due to a contractor working on a toilet. The contractor had USLI insurance and…read morethe claim was on them. The adjustor came within a week. It was pretty straightforward damage and claim. They have slow played paying the claim through slow email responses. Requiring multiple signatures on the release. Multiple internal reviews of the claim. None of this was necessary. It was clear they were slow to pay on purpose. Finally was told after 2.5 months that the check was sent and was given a tracking number. The tracking number says the label was created but not sent. Very shady tactics. For context, I was in Texas when the huge ice storm struck Austin. Had almost identical claim with a busted water pipe that flooded the house. Keep in mind the entire eastern side of TX had claims at the time. Traveler's insurance, had an adjustor in 2 days and a check in a week in my hands and if there were any issues, I could refile the claim for additional work. Do not use this company.

I paid cash, over $300, and left assuming that they would file the paperwork, as that is their whole purpose. My temp tags expired in November 2024, and I started calling asking where my title and registration are. After calling, leaving voice messages, and reaching out on the online contact form twice, I was connected with a human, Chris, who said he would help me. APPARENTLY THE PAPERWORK WAS NEVER FILED?! Now the Paoli branch doesn't pick up when I call and I have left voicemails on Chris's phone. I will continue to leave a daily review across all platforms in desperate hopes that someone will actually contact me and tell me what is going on. It has been 5 MONTHS since I filed with you all and I have nothing to show for it. I have no title for my car and no registration.

Many insurance consumers don't fully understand just how important that really is. When it comes to something as important as insurance, it's imperative that you work with an agency who has an in-depth knowledge of multiple insurance products, companies, and guidelines -- not just one. I have never as a consumer been treated so horribly or had such rude nasty things said to me by an employee of a company that the two Jeff's said to me. I can't even type the things that were said here because google would flag this review immediately. And I have never had a CEO of a company ever show little concern in the behavior of his employees or the situation at hand.
