I call 8/19 and the person on the other end says that they need verification and there is nothing she can do so I have to pay an EXTRA 100 dollars to renew my policy. She said it's Friday right before 5pm. I asked for the manager and she said there is no one. I asked for the owner and she told me well obviously his name is Sciolla since the name is sciolla insurance. There are several companies that dont have the owner's name.I asked her name and she refused to tell me. I called back several times and she kept picking up and hanging up on me and then said if I call back she will call 911. Loke serious. . The worst customer service ever. So crazy they can take money all these years and then the FIRST time I call for assistance treated horribly. Hopefully a manager or owner error reads this review and calls me.

I don't know why a company would not want to respond to complaints from their customers. Also lied about coverage options and would not respond to emails. Another local agency told me I was not the first to switch from this agency for similar issues. Kathy Ayres is very snobby when discussing. She throws around that they drive high end cars and is extremely dismissive of customer complaints. Owners of other agency's in the area were eager to earn business. Buyer beware.
