Upon walking into the spa, I felt a sense of calmness. The spa was simple, cute, and appeared clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I received the 60 min custom facial. Linda was very sweet and informative. She gave excellent advice and wasn't pushy at all about products or services. I loved how direct and realistic she was about costs, products, and services. I felt she genuinely looks out for the best interest of you and your skin. She was very professional and was good about communicating every step of the way of what she was doing and ensuring I was comfortable. She also took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. I felt so comfortable from start to finish. Thank you again Rachel for connecting me with Linda and thank you so much again Linda for taking me in on such short notice, especially after your normal hours, and for your excellent service!
