Being closer to the medical district, it may have a use for some, and since there were plenty of other people there, this location is serving a need.

It was a reasonably efficient process, and the water fountains and bathrooms were luxuries I've found absent at other laundry places. The automatic door is a big plus when you're hauling something. I couldn't find the wifi password and so didn't bother. I'd prefer not to be traveling for my laundry, and I suspect that's true of most people here, but for me it just makes the most sense and this was a passable way of fulfilling my need.
