There were vast choices of photo accessories, and they all looked brand new. Their props didn't look dirty and did not have any funky smell, as I have had experienced in the past with other photo booths. The glasses did not have any smudges. This is a personal pet peeve, so I was very happy to see this. We had to extend for another hour because our guests were having so much fun using them. Tyler accommodated every whim the guests had, and based on their feedback, he was very polite and respectul. I highly recommend using their services.

I spoke to the owner Danielle who was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable. The next day, just hours before my event, I confirmed with her that I would like the photo stand, and she made it happen in the nick of time! Just an incredibly professional and accommodating person to work with. Thank you Danielle!! As for the booth itself - this thing took amazing pictures! They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I never received the refund or pictures. They are incredibly unprofessional, and I would absolutely not recommend.
