Their props didn't look dirty and did not have any funky smell, as I have had experienced in the past with other photo booths. The glasses did not have any smudges. This is a personal pet peeve, so I was very happy to see this. We had to extend for another hour because our guests were having so much fun using them. Tyler accommodated every whim the guests had, and based on their feedback, he was very polite and respectul. I highly recommend using their services.

They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I never received the refund or pictures. They are incredibly unprofessional, and I would absolutely not recommend.
