Dr. Claasseen was very thorough with his exam, even taking time to touch up one of my bonds (which looks great now!). He spent quite a bit of time with me. Cliff is also awesome and did a great job cleaning my teeth and taking my x-rays. I'd definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I had a…read moredental emergency Thursday night (leading into Labor Day weekend) as my front left veneer fell off. I called that night asking for an emergency appointment. They called me at 7 am the next morning and got me in at 11am that day (keep in mind- I am not even a patient of theirs). The dentist was great and re attached my veneer after numbing my mouth. He educated me on future complications/what to avoid/what to watch for. His assistant was wonderful. I have had no problems since (knock on wood). The next day (so Saturday), the same gal who called me at 7am called to check on me. The best customer service I think I have ever had in my life. Again, I will be switching to this office. I cannot recommend them enough.

My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!

In case you don't get to the bottom of my experience explanation, Aspen charged me for my cleaning…read more(of course that's fine), and then gave me "FREE" x-rays by cutting my gum open, not thinking it was an immediate issue, and causing me to go elsewhere due to the severity of the cut. That cost me $1,102 to have a good, respectable dentist do some invasive stuff. Ever have bone come through a tear in your gum that you have to get shaved and filed down? I can't remember the last time I had tooth pain. It had to be middle school or earlier. Yet a few days after I had my first appointment here, I developed pain in my tooth that they put a filling in after one had apparently fallen out. Assuming it would go away, I didn't give it much thought. As it continued to get worse, I called in to have it looked at, explaining my pain was increasingly worse and I couldn't eat. The receptionist was not friendly and did not seem to take my pain seriously, saying they couldn't get me in for over a week. I have an appointment with Village West Dentistry tomorrow, so I will add to this review once they tell me what Aspen has possibly caused. Should it be unrelated, I will delete the majority of this negative review. However, the part about not taking my pain seriously will stay within the review. Update: Called next day around 11:00 to request copies of x-rays. It was during business hours, but it went to voicemail. I left my name, number and reason for calling. Guess what? I never got a call back. This office is getting on my last nerve. Update: Again. Called next day to ask that x-rays be sent to new dentist. I would have to fill out a consent form (perfectly fine), they would then send that to corporate (why?), and then it would be 7-14 days before they send them. I asked my new dentist about it, and he said he has never heard of a company that couldn't just get consent and then email them all in the same day. Thanks again for the ridiculousness, Aspen. Update: New dentist was able to immediately send X-rays and visit details to a periodontist of my choosing. Aspen can't do that. Update: $667 at a periodontist because the tear from how Aspen took x-rays with the always uncomfortable tabs you have to bite on. They had to use stitches and file bone that was now showing. Update: $1,102 dollars out of pocket because Aspen created a lot of damage from the "FREE" X-rays. If you don't want an unexpected payment plan, probably go somewhere else.

Her concern for her patients is remarkable and she has a way of making you feel like you are special even when you are being a little challenging. In response to some of the previous reviews regarding payment of dental services, I would like to say that several times when I was given an estimnated cost of service, the actual fees were less than originally stated. I was not asked to pay the original amount and then wait for a refund. I was asked to pay the adjusted amount (which was a nice surpirse to pay less than anticipated.) As a senior citizen, I would recommend Dr. Moore and Dr. Tayhlor Sutherland to anyone who needs a little extra patience when having dental work performed.

I have also had the procedure done a few times in the past and never needed anesthesia. I was told I have to have anesthesia or they would not do the procedure. I refused the treatment and they still charged me for all future procedures. They illegally made me choose between anesthesia and my right to choose or make me pay anyways. I have called and left messages but they refuse to answer and remedy the situation. So I already have it in the works through the dental board of kansas and bbb. Next is the cfpb.
