Dr. Claasseen was very thorough with his exam, even taking time to touch up one of my bonds (which looks great now!). He spent quite a bit of time with me. Cliff is also awesome and did a great job cleaning my teeth and taking my x-rays. I'd definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!

Cannot ever get a hold of the office, phones always going to voicemail... or people are on vacation or have called in... doors are locked when signage on door reads that they should be open. Very disappointed with Aspen as a whole. Cannot even get help when you call corporate. DO NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN FOR ANY OF YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!

It all started out fine, and after a long appointment I was back out enjoying life, with some fresh fillings. About a day later one of them popped out. I wasn't for sure that was what happened as I'd only ever had one other cavity filled before, but by the time I made my way back in they confirmed that was indeed what had happened. I was assured that this can happen, and that although it's somewhat rare, it's not unheard of. I would have still given Keith five stars at this point, but the same cavity was filled and fell out two more times. By my fourth visit to take a look at the same cavity I requested a new dentist, which they accommodated, and frankly had a much better experience. We are a few months out and so far the filling has stayed in place. The hardest thing for me about this whole experience was that I had no pain going in to getting the cavity filled and it took me months, through Thanksgiving and Christmas, to get this resolved. During that time, it was on and off again painful to chew. What's hard for me with this update is that I really loved the folks that worked on my mouth each time I went in. I really mean that. From the dentist to the assistant, to the staff, everyone here is really great and does their best. I have no doubt they were doing the best they could, it's totally possible that this was a kind of fluke thing that happened. Will I keep going here? Yes. The bottom line is this is still the best dentist I've been to and I'm hopeful this was a kind of one off and that it'll be smooth sailing here on out.

They literally wheeled him out Right after surgery and the girl was telling me post op instructions as we were walking out. I work in healthcare and I've never seen a post op operation like this place. It took him months to recover. His face kept swelling up. They kept saying everyone heals differently. The 4th time he swelled up 4 months after surgery and several rounds of antibiotics...I finally had had it. I should have taken him to another surgeon, but the dr removed some tissue. And stitched it up. So far it's been ok. But he still has a lump of scar tissue in his cheek on that side. The dentists at the office seem good, but beware of having that surgeon upstairs touch anyone you care about.

Dr. Taylor Sutherland is also one of the nicest dentists I have seen in my 70 plus years on this earth. Her concern for her patients is remarkable and she has a way of making you feel like you are special even when you are being a little challenging. In response to some of the previous reviews regarding payment of dental services, I would like to say that several times when I was given an estimnated cost of service, the actual fees were less than originally stated. I was not asked to pay the original amount and then wait for a refund. I was asked to pay the adjusted amount (which was a nice surpirse to pay less than anticipated.) As a senior citizen, I would recommend Dr. Moore and Dr. Tayhlor Sutherland to anyone who needs a little extra patience when having dental work performed.
