Apple sued them for damaging their reputation. Not only they deliver an extremely low quality service, they don't know the basics of customer service and they won´t hesitate to screw you up and they´ll take pride on it. They are well known in Spain for contract violation. They collect police reports like it's nothing. Dishonest and unprofessional! Avoid

Went there because I had the screen of my Macbook black screen. First they did not offer me to…read morerepair ir, just to change the whole screen. Once done, got home and when I was removing the sticker with the reference number, saw that underneath there was a big scratch hidden there. Went back and they tried to change the screen again until the company said they were not doing it and encouraged me to report it to the pertinent authorities. The whole process took more than 7 months and 700€ for a scratched screen. Avoid them at all cost. They are so unprofessional, lie to you and finally give you a damaged product.
