Love this store! They took care of us and even ordered from another store while we waited as they ran out of inventory.
My all time favorite store in Spain! Love their jewelries and bags. Fragrances are also a good line. Store staff are always polite and helpful. read more

Find an item you like. Salesperson gives you a purchase slip. You go to pay at another counter. Bring the receipt and your item is packed in a velvet jewelry box shaped like a shell, inside a box. I've been here 3 times and always find something that I love. Will definitely be back at some point as I love this island. There are restrooms in the basement which is great after a long drive.
I love this set!

I ended up buying a couple nice tshirts (they ran a little small so had to get a size bigger) and a linen shirt that I've worn twice so far and gotten many compliments both times. Bought two gorgeous maxi dresses at $25 each. Although the store was very busy, they kept lines moving quickly. Staff was very nice and willing to help. Only thing is that it was quite stuffy in there -- it felt very hot in there with no air flow! I went in October and while it was busy, it wasn't too too crowded. Overall it was pleasant to shop at this Zara location.

It definitely is worth visiting. I had a nice time chatting with the owner. I bought a small piece and she told me about the artist who made it and that he lived in the island made all his ceramics by hand. I was a little bit clumsy and almost broke something in her shop but she was very sweet about it. I am sad stores like this are less around and would highly encourage you to visit, try not to break things like I almost did, neither try their hats and take pictures! Lol. They take pride in their store and collection and well deserve the respect.
Very rude owner has literally chased me out of the shop for taking a photo of my partner in a hat…read morebecause there were no mirrors. NO "no photos" signs around either. Has complained about tourists and shouted at me saying "you tourists think that you can do whatever you want when you leave your country". For taking a photo?!! I suggested changing to a business that isn't actually making money on tourists. If only she knew she actually chased out someone very conscious of tourism impact (actual MSc in Ecotourism graduate). I'm not surprised to see other review warning about a rude owner - absolute disgrace! Anyhow, I strongly recommend to avoid this place! Fortunately other people in Mallorca, especially rural, were extremly friendly!

I looked at the tind of caviar but randomly decided instead on Stilton cheese. Go figure? I think the lady serving the coffee and cheese thought she had an odd one here. I was surprised to find that the Stilton wasn't massively more expensive than at home so that's a nice surprise and it tasted great too. I know, first world problems but hey ho.
