There isn't much Spain exclusive stuff but the the stuff they have is definitely worth visiting this store for. The staff were very nice and welcomed us as Americans. The store was clean and is more of a old fashion style Disney Store. Overall, if your in Palma de Mallorca and you love Disney definitely go to this Disney Store!

Interesting to see where Joan Miró lived and worked…read more The Fundació Miro Mallorca's collection is comprised of thousands of works by Joan Miró. Interesting to see paintings on canvas, sculptures, drawings, notes and sketchbooks. The weavings were an unexpected surprise. It was amazing to see the wealth of techniques, materials and procedures that Miró used in his creative process. Unfortunately, much of the gallery and the studios were closed due to renovations. Nice bookstore though. Able to pick up an illustrated book and some beautiful prints for a family member. The walk in the garden was also pleasant to see more sculptures. The museum is free on Saturdays from 3-6 and on the first Sunday of the month from 10-3. Admission is 9 Euros for adults and 5.5 Euros for seniors. We walked from the Hop-On, Hop-Off bus line. Nice museum in Palma.

The trip to the museum was part of a group tour. They opened the museum just for us but…read moreunfortunately, we were running so far behind we really didn't get a chance to enjoy all the museum had to offer. The docents were well versed and passionate about sharing stories of Miro's life and process. The last stop of the tour was a lovely cafe where we had snack cakes, the traditional Mallorcan pizza which is all veggies and no cheese. They also served a selection of fruit juices and lemonade. A nice visit that was way too short. If you are familiar with Miró, it's worth the trip. If not, it's interesting to get to know his work.

Great place to visit! La Granja is an old estate with a changeful history where you can tour…read moremallorquin lifestyle and living and working through out history. The visitors path leads through the stables through a farmhouse in the gardens. After you stroll through the nature you get back to the cottage. If you like to there is a "forrest trail" with a nice view over the property and picnic sites. After getting back to the house you visit the cellar where wine and olive oil was produced. The visit is quite diversified and not boring at all. Our daughter is 2,5 years at the moment and liked it very much, although we had to carry her on the "forrest walk" :)

You will see horses in the stable, beautiful gardens, and fountains. At the end of the tour, you get to taste the different Mallorcan jams that are made on the property. It is the best part of the tour. There is also an on site restaurant and gift store to buy the homemade jams. Overall, it was an interesting experience but if you have young kids, you may want to skip this.
