I first went to Universomac.es and was told they could do nothing, but offered me 6 $$$ options they could do, none of which resolved the actual need. They just want to make many on false repairs. Tony is the man, honest tech genius, and has been used in by the yachting industry. Very helpful, britvid is good, but Tony, if you need more then just SIM cards, this is your man.
If you're thinking of bringing your baby to universomac.es, read my story below. Do not go there. The PC Advocate, Tony, one man show -he saved everything on my hard drive in 2 mins, where universomac reiterated they couldn't do a single thing after 3 days of doing "diagnostics."
AGAIN, if you're liking for a professional specialist DO NOT USE UNIVERSO MAC. USE THE PC ADVOCATE. Read my whole story below if you need to know how they scam you, and do not have a staff who are specialized AT ALL!

As what seems to be a DECEPTIVE PROFESSIONAL repair store serviced by assuming knowledgeable staff whom can actually fix a computer: I am shocked by the absolute SCAM & LIES that your business model relies on, the out right lies that you are providing your clientele. " No I can't fix your computer but here are 6 'useless' options we can offer."
Fortunately, I do have a whiff of an idea of why my computer stopped working, very obvious tell tail signs were there, that meant it could be repaired. It just needed actual staff who knew more then how to turn a computer on and off.
I'm not a computer genius, and was quite aware of the visible fact that your staff didn't know a thing -and are being in charge of people's livelyhoods/lifelines/self employed/ sol business owners/ entrepreneurs, etc.,
I quickly find out who was a great computer repair person in Mallorca, by googling it: ThePCAdvocate.com , Tony Lock- genius, he restored my hard drive in 2mins!? This is probably someone you should visit and learn a thing or two. Well, let's be honest here, you would learn A LOT more then just a thing of two.
Your business is new, and your staff offer ABDOLUTE NO confidence in their deliverance of their knowledge, and their feable diagnostics. I feel sorry for those who settle by the false comforts of a nice looking store.
Get real professionals, or get them trained, but you dare tell someone their 'baby' is dead when in fact there is a very easy accessible cure- trained knowledge staff. I am absolutely appalled by your business scam, and as Yachtie, I'll be sure that the industry know about what you're really about.
