Who exactly would give away a device for a month? Why cant a case be opened and the device brought in when the technician is back from vacation?

Also realized I should have just went to them in the first place because i ended up breaking the new screen I tried to replace and ended up handing it over to them to fix it for me, with 1 year warranty included! Always enjoy my visits and the lovely bowl of haribo snacks ;)
