When I called SIDEX, Andrey responded right away, provided clear and accurate information and sent out a rep on the same day with product samples. His quote was inline with some of the others, and he was willing to undertake some of the more complex design (deck & benches out of Trex, etc) from the desired design photos I've shared. Material showed up in a week, and the work was scheduled right away. The crew that came out had done immaculate work! They had asked for direction on a few items, and completed the work to my liking. Guys were extremely hard working, with the perfection in mind. Every seam, every cut, every angle is perfectly aligned, even when it meant to spend extra time due to uneven ground surface. Could not have asked for a better result. Not only that, upon completion, the PM followed up with me and asked if the project was done to my satisfaction. Johnny was very flexible because my needs changed between approving the quote and the scheduled install. Cruz and Enrique performed the install. I received a text about 45 minutes before they arrived. They walked the project with me and kept me in the loop when a few minor things popped up, so we could decide how to move forward in a way that worked for me. At one point, we were told the materials were being held at a warehouse due to financial issues unrelated to our project. Additionally, in the signed refund agreement, we were explicitly told we would receive a refund regardless of whether the manufacturer provided a refund to the company. Even after formal remedies were initiated, there were still opportunities to resolve this matter directly. Full materials were ever delivered to our home, and the patio cover was never completed. Our review reflects our direct experience based on those facts. Original Review: Working with this company was the most stressful experience we've had with a home project. We paid a significant upfront amount for materials and the initial demo and cement work for a patio in July 2025. The demo and cement were completed, but the materials we paid for were never delivered and the patio was left unfinished. After taking our payment for materials, the owner failed to provide them. Despite repeated attempts to get updates and resolve the issue, communication became inconsistent. He offered a refund, but that was never delivered either. We were ultimately forced to pursue formal remedies to try to recover our money and are still dealing with this as of March 2026. Avoid this company. It is not worth the stress, time, or financial risk.

When he didn't show up at the agreed on time, I messaged and later he said he was held up on a job which was far away (didn't bother to let me know he couldn't make our appointment) but he could be here in the afternoon. I said OK, but that's cutting it short because I had to leave in the late afternoon. He didn't bother to ask me my address until he was leaving that job, which I didn't see that text for a half hour. By then it was clear he wasn't going to make it by the time I had to leave, so I said let's make it for another day and asked what day worked for him. No response. I asked the next day if he wanted to reschedule, no response again. Guess you're too busy for me. Fine. I won't use you for this project or any other, nor recommend you to my neighbors, friends or family.
