He doesn't try to up-sale any unnecessary products, like most places do. And best of all, he provides extremely reasonable prices. I recently needed an oil change and called numerous places to get quotes, but no one was able to beat his price. So, if you want great quality work with an amazing price, then you should most definitely try them out. read more

Called in ahead asking if they would have time for a couple oil changes. Man on the phone said yes come on by. We were right around the corner, within ten minutes we arrived. The man at the desk was rude and said they had no time for both our cars and that they close in almost an hour. I told him we just got off the phone with someone and they said it was fine. He told us no. What a waste of our time. read more

Nick is a real cool guy. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and didn't try to up sell me. I have gone to several mechanics in North Hollywood and he is my favorite. read more

Nick is the man! Most importantly to me in a mechanic, he is extremely honest and will show you exactly what is wrong with your car. He has never overcharged me, in fact undercharged me when I thought I had more serious problems. Things that other mechanics and dealerships will get away with robbing you of $200-400 for "finding" problems, he will fix the true problem for the price of the part and honest labor time. On top of that, the work has always been top notch and the problem fixed. Give these guys a try! Don't even bother calling just go there and talk to them in person. In the morning is obviously better, as with any mechanic, but they have even taken me on the spot for small jobs (oil change, brake work) in the afternoon. read more

VNT auto is the BEST! I don't even pretend to know anything about cars, and I have found it to be very difficult to find a mechanic that is trustworthy. I am so happy that I found Nick at VNT! He is extremely helpful, ALWAYS. They are always very busy, but he always gets me in as soon as possible and tells me everything up front and very honestly. The prices for anything you get done are extremely fair, and I believe they go above and beyond to make sure you're driving a safe vehicle. I tell ALL of my friends to see Nick at VNT. The Ultimate auto shop for EVERYONE!!! read more

First thing I pay attention to is customer service! Nick topped and exceeded all my expectations. WOW! Nick and Jack are the most reliable, trustworthy, and honest mechanics ever! I had called for an oil change Nick was very genuine and friendly he said it will take less than 30 min which I was on my lunch break. it took him less than 30 mins in and out. They also checked my fluids, breaks, tire pressures, and any oil leakage full service without me asking! it was a great feeling with NO EXTRA CHARGE! I have recommended family, friends, and coworkers to VNT Auto for all their mechanical needs. Thank you VNT Auto team for the reasonable prices and excellent customer service. read more

My husband told me he found a good mechanic. Being a women every where I use to go I was over charged and didn't understand a thing they would tell me. From the very first moment I met Nick he was polite and patient. I told my daughters and they were very hesitant. Then my daughter took her brand new car to another mechanic for an oil change. They told her it had water in the engine and would cost her $450.00 to repair. I took it to Nick and he said all it needed was an oil change. He is the most honest person and sincere person. read more

I'm sure that everyone would agree when I say, Knowing a mechanic that one can trust is very important and a great asset. How many times do you remember when you had a car problem and the 1st thing you think about is, WHO can you take your car to get it fixed without getting swindled and up-sold? Well, if you are looking for a mechanic you can trust wholeheartedly this is THE place. Nick and his father are genuine gentlemen who portrays down to earth integrity, honesty and proven skill sets that convinced me to be a repeat satisfied patron. Let me explain my experiences with Nick. I live in downtown L.A. But took my car here in the valley for oil changes a couple of times and each time the price was low and the price was lower than other places I was used to and the service was great. Just recently, my car died in the middle of the street while I was driving and I was not sure if it was the battery or the alternator. I had my car towed to VNT and asked Nick to check it for me. What I really appreciated was that Nick was concerned about the cost I would have to spend on fixing my car and instead of trying to up-sell me, he tried to see ways of making it as less as possible for me. With detailed explanation I provided, it was determined that I would have to replace my alternator and clean my exhaust system. Nick offered me a very good discount (way lower than other quotes) 20-30%lower. More than saving money, the important thing for me was the trust I felt with VNT. After a of couple of hours I got the call that the car was ready. When I got there, Nick had explained to me in detail what he did and why. Now, I am driving my car and loving it. I have never felt my car drive so smooth and powerful before. As I was driving home, I placed a call to Nick to thank him for everything. Happily Driving! read more
