They would come and just straighten it and put a bag of concrete in and it would shift again. After a while it stayed straight for a few years and now it's crooked again. They finished the job in a few hours, and Dean asked if I had any issues with it, and I mentioned that it did no look great and I would appreciate it if they came back and made it look better. He came out himself about a week later and fixed it so it looked literally as good as new, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. Things not going perfectly is common for contractors. Fixing things when they DO go wrong is a lot more uncommon. 5 stars, and Dean is a stand up guy.
