WOW! I can honestly go on and on about how AMAZING Vanessa MartInez truly is. First off, let me start by saying I am not one to do reviews often. like most, we only review things when we've experienced a bad time. But this absolutely far from that!!!! I contacted Vanessa a month before I was supposed to move out and when I tell you she is by far the best realtor I've ever experience, it truly does not go over exaggerated, I mean it. She Did not skip one second on trying to get me into a new home. unfortunately last year during the pandemic my credit took a big hit and I knew because of that it would make my moving process much harder with all the competition. and it did lol. Vanessa put in over 7 applications for me, vouched for me, sent me endless listings to keep it going, really catered to what I was looking for while trying to keep it within my budget. I've never had somebody make my moving process so much more, easier. No matter how many times my application got turned down, she never stopped trying. she was so determined to get me into A home before my move out date. 4 days before I almost Had to end up putting my stuff in storage and have no home, Vanessa got me a home! I can't even say it was a miracle because that was all her. She was my miracle. I've never worked with somebody that's made me feel so important like the way she did. I'm truly so grateful, and thankful and shes just a good human being. never once did she make anything seem like a hassle or like it was annoying to ask, call, or text her anything at anytime. How refreshing It is to actually have somebody on your side, and somebody you barley know at that. She never judged me for my poor credit and actually made me feel normal about it, because things really do just happen. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor or moving experience.
