Bad service , didn't receive any answer on time . I received answer 8 days after called so many times and emails to customer support , bad quality . Suvervisor never wanted to take call and help me . Not recommended. Horrible experience. read more

long phone delays make communication during application process difficult. It also is hard to edit changes.

I wish I could give 0 stars . This is the worst experience I've ever had with customer service. Been dealing with them for over a month trying to get a simple addendum added. Have had agents scream at me 'that is not the process'. Tried escalating to a supervisor and agent promises I will get a call back in a few minutes - still waiting hours later so I call again. You pay to expedite your application and they mention 24 hours then tell you that is 24 business hours - Who does that ? And the benefit is useless as they then tell you they cannot influence the property management company. DO NOT pay for premium service. Thanks to their complete incompetence, my 84 year old mother who is moving across states will have no where to live because our condo closing will be delayed. read more

Service OK... Not great, just OK. It seems all they do is collect the information and pass it to the Board for review... definitely not $100 worth, and on top of it they offer "expedited service" just to get more money for nothing! The process itself is surely automated and lucks any intelligence. I submitted reference for myself and my wife and got reply "incomplete". Submitted the same doc again, and now it was complete... They simply count documents without even looking ... And of course the web design is horrible, don't even want to waste my time describing all the issues. read more

Was a little to time consuming especially when I had to look up the seller's telephone number along with the seller's realtor telephone number. The seller's information should be supplied by them. Your review of my application was done in good time and sent to the HOA efficiently. read more

This app takes hours to complete. Then, there are daily texts indicating there is missing information with no explanation of what's missing. The app itself is not user friendly to either view or edit application in process. Call support rep is difficult to understand and communicate with. We have had this experience last year as well when booking our vacation. So frustrating! read more

horrible platform, super invasive especially for short term rental where rent is prepaid. I have rented many places where rent was higher and property more exclusive and never had to provide so much information, which by the way I don't trust is very secure given the glitchiness of the platform and the lack of any return phone calls from customer service. awful ; where is this information going, and why does it cost $100. and then you get multiple reminders that there is an 'expedited" option for extra $49?? form doesn't save information, I had to restart inputs several times... so much time wasted. read more

I see one person commented she had to open equifax cause they won't take trans union, I run my credit it's 700 they run it it's no. I have disputed it but nothing happen, I call and for two days I am told a manager will call be back but they never do. it is so disappointing i had such high hopes, but unfortunately no one cares. read more

Not a good experience at all. I uploaded DL, Greencard and Passport and none of them were recognized by the ID check. I booked a hotel today and it asked me to upload photo ID and that passed in 10 seconds. The developers really need to step up, and the process needs adapting to include, "manually review." Come on guys, this is 2025. There's no reason for this poor quality of service. read more

This process is tedious. There is more information requested than needed. It felt very invasive. It was difficult to get pictures uploaded, it took me, a tech savvy millennial, 30 minutes to get photo ids to upload despite having high quality, well lit pictures. I'm confused why it takes 14 business days when the information is likely checked with AI unless I pay an additional $45 dollars.. moving is expensive enough like... come on?! My new HOA processing time is long and this process on top of it just added more stress. read more

The forms are not user friendly and I am currently a couple weeks trying to add my wife, they're trying to get another payt from us even tho I paid the extra money to expedite which was a joke, the people on the help line are nice enough but you have to keep going back to these cumbersome forms and have to keep calling them, this is insanity!!! Waiting on hold ans then asking to be called back I don't know how many times and she's still not added to the application. This doesn't need to be this stressful, the association that has used them should really rethink the relationship, I'm trying to be semi retired and this has been extremely stressful and I never give bad reviews but I cannot let this slide. read more

Terrible. The application itself is horrendous you have all these areas that don't need filling in that just seem to ask for more information . Then they tell you that you have to put an exit every box so here you are here you are with all these little squares and you got to put x's in all these things it was just a terrible experience and then also not being able to look ahead and then not getting an application when you're all through with the with the tedious process it took us a couple of weeks to get through it this was for purchasing a place read more

This company is slow but worst of all they will WRONGLY reject documents claiming missing information when all the info was their in their face but they were just too lazy to review it thoroughly. They did this twice setting my back application approval date by 1.5 weeks which led to a delay in my move in date of 3 WEEKS which was the next soonest move in date that both my current and new building could accommodate. As a renter trying to fill out the application , it is not user friendly. I uploaded my drivers license and it accepted the pix from my iPhone. Less than 5 minutes later it won't accept my car registration. Tried multiple times. My son tried it. Still not working. Emailed them to ask for help. Email returned with a canned response that doesn't help anything. If I ever produced work like this, I would be fired. read more

This company was formed in the garage of someones home. The owner is a complete moron and hence has only hired morons and they are clueless as to what they doing. It is hands down the absolute most ridiculous company and just a complete waste of time to use. If you are looking to rent or purchase property and you see that the owner of said property is using Tenan t Eval, RUN! Literally run the other way and rent or buy elsewhere. I will give you an example of what serious morons they are at that company, and im not being insulting, i truly believe that every person that works there is a moron and doesnt have the common sense God gave goats. They request that the applicant fill out app and attach tons of docs such as POI, identtification, etc. I would attach said docs and the morons would reject it. I would complain to the customer service, or the morons in the garage responsble for opening the garage door, and the morons would argue, we dont come up what you are required, we just collect it. I replied a dozen times telling these morons over and over that i was not arguiing what is required, only that their system doesnt allow me to upload it! In the end i wasted weeks and weeks and not person ever assisted me in a normal manner...they were completely useless and never assisted me, as well as never even understood their ignorance. I wouldnt recmmend this company if your choice was Tenant Eval or someone with an IQ of 5! read more

Tenant Evaluation is the worst system I have ever seen in my 20+ years of Real Estate. The process is tendious and not necessary. In a world of AI, approving someone for a rental should NOT be this difficult. If there was something less than 1 star, I would select it. My clients approval was further delayed because a human provided incorrect information and then their response was, "oops, you uploaded the wrong page". Then they charge my client an additional $30 when it had to be redone. She had no choice because she needed to move. I also place blame on Castle Management in South Florida for using such an awful system. read more

It has been a nightmare. I paid $195 and because my one credit Equifax was locked they wouldn't use Trans Union so I unlocked Equifax and they refuse to run the credit seven days I've been dealing with this getting nowhere. It's a nightmare this company I see the reviews are horrific, just like mine. Worst Service EVER!!!! I paid an extra $100 for their platinum service and got the worst service of my life. They locked me out of my application and put me through a chat and phone maze to be able to unlock and edit my application. Then they said that i could not access my application without the HOA President's email request. So i had the HOA President reach out to them. After that, they told me they cant unlock the account until the Property Manager personally requests it. So i had the property manger reach out an request to unlock the application. Still no response from them. I called them today and they told me that they cant unlock my application. This si the WORST service i have ever paid for in my LIFE read more

While I can't speak about tenant eval as a service for property managers or HOAs, from a user perspective tenant eval provides little to no benefit as a renter or someone submitting an application. To even submit and expedite an application is at minimum 149 USD and 200 for a "24 hour turn around service". Which seems expensive once you find out from their fine print that the expedited service does not apply to the actual approval of the contract, just a different timeline on your information being packaged and sent out to the appropriate party. If for some reason you're information is insufficient, you receive 0 notification to submit extra info to move along the process unless you login to your portal itself. In my case, they rejected my contract claiming there was no signature on a certain page, when the page clearly stated it needed initials only thus delaying my application being sent out to my HOA by 2 days. All in all its just an extra step and process to charge renters and make extra money and I would hesitate before engaging in a community that uses their service in the future. read more
