During our visit, Jay showed us a wide range of properties in a very short amount of time, while staying accurate and attentive to what we were looking for. Even when unforeseen issues came up with the sale of our apartment in New York, Jay was supportive and proactive in helping us secure our Miami apartment and make everything come together. We highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated real estate agent in Miami.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I've moved four times in the past four years. I handled three of those moves through Jennifer Homes and they have been outstanding! Also if you decide to leave as it was my case, the owner's wife ( Olga ) will call you 100 times in the same month just to ask you the same questions over and over which is ( WHAT DAY ARE YOU GOING TO MOVE? ). Furthermore, she will nock your door with some possible renters also without any notice to show the apartment. I would highly recommend William and Flat Fee Florida Realty…read more I previously had my house listed with a full price realty company and it sat on the market for over 6 months unsold with barely any showings. After firing that company I hired William and he got me a full asking price offer in like a week or two. Not only that but his listing was much better than what the other company did. His pictures were better quality, he did drone shots, virtual staging and a 3D tour, none of which the other company did. I was concerned at first if I would get the same level of service as the more expensive realtor, however he provided BETTER service than the other company ever did. He personally responded to all my calls and messages quickly and always kept me up to date on what was going on. We had some issues with the HOA approval and William managed to work through the issues and got us to the closing. I honestly couldn't ask for more from a realtor and he does it for less than pretty much anyone else. It's honestly a no brainer to go with William and Flat Fee Florida Realty. If I ever have to sell another house he's the one I'm calling!

Anna is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and always displayed integrity, honesty, and patience throughout our interactions. Due to a variety of reasons, our situation was very unique and the home buying process extended over 7 months, requiring us to re-negotiate and amend contract terms / timing, and find a temporary living situation (which she coordinated for us as well!) until we can actually move into our new home. Without Anna's guidance and help every step of the way none of it would have been possible. I am grateful that we found Anna as our agent and now consider her a friend. She is simply FABULOUS!

Jared, the owner always answered the phone and very hard working person that will go above and beyond to solve a problem. He " took me by the hand" to direct me how to open the owner portal that I couldn't get it to open with many times of changing password etc, and he had so much patience and kindness that I was impressed! When he came to my condo, he asked me if I need any thing else before he left, and that was very thoughtful of him to even ask. I had a serious issue with water intrusion from the upper unit that caused so much damages to my property including mold, that he was very transparent and offered his license contractor after 5 high estimates that I had, to fix the damages in very reasonable price. He came to check the results after he finished and made sure that it will be satisfactory. He shared his knowledge and guided me through the whole stressful process. Even on Saturday he picked up the phone and helped me with very delicate situation that I wasn't sure how to handle. His assistant Gabriella also very kind and responsive and has a lot of patience dealing with very flaky tenants some times that will not fallow up to view the property. She'll go the extra mile just to accommodate the client and I was very appreciative of the way she fallow through her promise. Which was beyond my expectation. This team: Jared and Gabriella, are the absolute best management property that you can count on to deliver results of good tenants and timely response and hard work that they'll not try to put off even in the weekends. They definitely earned from me 10 stars if I could give them here without a doubt! I highly recommend them for your management property with all my heart!
