All we wanted to do (and as the only people in the store) was to buy some postcards, but the way we were treated was nothing short of disgusting. BUYER BEWARE. Absolute WORST customer service I've ever received. The owner and employees are rude…read moreand disrespectful. No one spoke to me when I entered the shop. I was in a hurry and needed to purchase a paint pen quickly. When I continuously sought out assistance to pick out a proper paint pen and to see samples of the various sizes offered, I could tell that my asking for help was an annoyance to all the employees. Nonetheless, I purchased 3 pens and walked back to my hotel room 15 minutes away only to find that the pen that I purchased was defective. When I walked back to the shop to exchange the defective pen, about an hour later, I was told that they would not refund it, even though the curly haired male sales associate could clearly see that it don't work after he tried writing with it himself. When I insisted that he refund the money, he yelled at me, snatched the pen out of my hand and threw the money on the counter. When I asked if the money could be returned to my credit card (the original payment method) he refused and told me to get out of the store. The most absurd part of it all is that the store manager was standing right next to him as he was doing this and she never intervened. Even after he snatched the pen out of my hand and yelled at me, she never reprimanded her employee, in fact she defended him! She told me that he didn't do anything wrong and that he was a good mate & gentleman and that I was the one with the attitude problem, because I wanted a refund for a defective item! I have never been treated so poorly in a shop in my entire life. I was so embarrassed and disrespected. The manager and sales associates at this shop are rude and nasty and are not worthy of receiving your hard earned money. This shop should be avoided at all cost--buyer beware!

Yessss! This is one of my favourite places in Amsterdam and this is the first store I ever went to…read morehere. Geek much?? One word: OVERWHELMING! But overwhelmingly GOOD! They have a huge range of products (merchandising) from movies, games, TV series, cartoons, you name it. They have toys, games, action figures, mugs, shirts, life size stuff, models, etc... Everything is original and the small store is super packed. It's small but there are three little small floors which you can browse forever, because that's how long it takes. They also have a webstore and you can take a 360 tour of the store on their website. If you are a Star Wars fan, you will faint here.
