Along with the daily special we ordered filet mignon with fries and salad, as well as shrimp croquettes. Unfortunately we were given the incorrect cut of beef and it was quite overcooked. The accompanying sauce and salad were flavorful. Fries and house-made mayo were good. Shrimp appetizer was tasty. Service was just ok. Restrooms were downstairs and not accessible for one person at our table. There are better options for dinner in my opinion. Oh, and their hours of operation on Apple Maps, Google Maps and Yelp are incorrect. We dined on a Monday evening when all indicated they were closed.

We went back a second time and ate outside once and inside once. Outside is a lovely private courtyard and inside has the atmosphere of fine dining. The lunch special was fabulous both days - chicken one day and salmon the next, but everything we had was great. Cooked superbly with light delicious sauces and soup was unbelievably good. Not sure if it's new since this the first review, but well worth it. Service was as excellent as the food. Seemed like mostly locals.

I wish I would have taken a picture of our food because it spoke for itself…read more First of all there was nothing fast about this place. We waited 15 + minutes for our food and were the ONLY people in the restaurant. Time is nothing though in comparison to cleansliness/filth and food quality. While waiting I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and guess what...no soap or paper towels in The bathroom. Next my spouse was asked if he wanted the "sauce" on his pita and he said no. What did she do? Well she had already placed the mayonnaise sauce on the fries that were part of the pita so she just scraped those fries off to save making new ones. Despite that it still too an extensive amount of time. It was shortly after this we saw the cook realize that the electric spit that the chicken shwaerma was on WAS NOT lIT so she had to light the burner. She then she fried up the raw chicken that had been sitting at room temp for god knows how's long and served it into his pita AND covered it with the sauce he DID NOT WANT! It was so disturbing we did not even eat the food. I have eaten questionable chicken before and regretted it and I was not going to take a chance. My theory is that the only way this place stays in business is because there is a hostel accords the street and the are cheap for the area. YUCK and not worth the risk! Go to bed hungry and eat a good breakfast...we did!
If you look close you can see the chef that had no idea the burner for her spit of raw meat was OFF while she was preparing our food.
