I found VK Orthodontics and Dr. Reddy via YELP! After my retainers of 20+ years broke on me. I was in a panic, my teeth literally move after missing one night of wearing my retainers. I called VK Orthodontics, and they were so friendly and helpful over the phone. Set up an appointment easily. I was already informed of all costs, as I don't have any insurance to cover removable retainers. I checked in the day of my appointment, was seen promptly, x-rays, pictures, molds, Dr. Reddy checked my teeth, it was quick, to the point and everyone I came into contact with was super friendly. Fast forward a week to pick up my retainers, same service. In and out quickly, and everyone was so friendly. This is the best ortho office ever! Being a nurse in the medical field, I've can be very picky with different offices. I'll start by saying that the quality of care is good. They certainly know what they're doing. Where they have a lot of room for improvement is their customer service skills. Not overly friendly or concerned with who their patients are. Heaven forbid you don't have the braces paid for by the time they should come off, you'll be constantly reminded of this and have your a child's care extended until they are paid. VK Orthodontics is by far the superior place to go for braces. I wore braces 45 years ago and due to not wearing my retainer, I had to experience this again.
