Walking in, I was immediately calm- it smelled good and there was a very chill vibe. Jazmine was my therapist and she started off by giving me an overview then I changed and got onto the table (just like you would for a massage) and she came back to start working on me. Activating the lymphatic system only requires light touch followed by a stronger massage to start moving the toxins to their exit point and reducing inflammation. I dozed off several time throughout as the table I was on was heated and I was really able to unwind during my service. 10/10 overall, a really positive experience!
