At age 28 I felt like I was in a rut - I had spent my twenties at different points unemployed,…read moredepressed, or stuck in dead-end jobs. I never felt I was living up to my full potential, and making real changes felt impossible. I always told myself, "I'll start tomorrow, I'll start tomorrow..." - David helped me to start TODAY. With David I thought seriously about what is important to me, what I want to change about myself, and where I want to be heading in life. Then we broke those goals down into things that I could actually accomplish on a weekly basis. After 15 months of working with David, I have started work at a tech startup, I've lost 30 pounds, I'm in arguably the best physical shape of my life, and I have a much more positive outlook on myself and my future. The road was not easy or simple, with many setbacks and a lot of needed introspection about my habits and productivity, however David was very helpful through the process. He constantly helped me evaluate what was working for me and what wasn't, and did it all in a friendly and sensitive way. He has been especially helpful to me as I make my first foray into white collar work - juggling deadlines, responsibilities and expectations while also looking out for my personal work aspirations and self-interests. I am very thankful for him, and I recommend him to anyone who wants to start making changes and taking a hard look at their life's direction.
