Not even an emergency mind you, but something they scheduled in advance at the same time we had a cleaning scheduled. Unbelievable! They were apologetic after the fact but that's a huge red flag. Will have to look for someone else.

After a couple disappointing experiences with larger commercial companies, I decided to try this small family business and I'm so glad I did! They started with a very thorough consultation, and the way they pointed out dirt as they went through the house convinced me that these women really know how to clean! Then they assigned me to Nayara, who has been fantastic. Extremely reliable, excellent communication, and best of all, actually cleans! He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains.
