That's what we started at 26 minutes ago. I asked what's up? "Oh one of the stylists went on break. It should only be about another 20 minutes". I usually try not to come here even though it is only 5 minutes from my house. Will continue to go to the Canfield one which is where I ended up. Much friendlier in Canfield as wekk.

I even asked that kids cut were 20 dollars as my son was sitting in the chair. The haircut was awesome. Once I went to pay the total was 26 dollars. I just paid and left a smaller tip. I called to speak to management, not sure who really answered. I asked why I was charged more and the response was first due to covid, then was told walking ins pay more than appointments. So which is it? I am a local and don't like the unfair treatment. That is bad business and they lost a new customer. My son is young so they could have gained a customer for years..their loss.
