I am sure many individuals could relate, but let me just say with this place you don't have to worry. First of all, EVERYONE in this barbershop is extremely friendly and mostly importantly lively. The environment is laid out in such a way in which an individual can truly enjoy good music, and at the same token have a great conversation. Sergio Flores, is the individual who cut my hair, and usually I'm a nervous wreck, but from the moment I sat down on the really nice comfy chair he just had a way of making me feel at ease. The passion and excitement he expressed while cutting my hair is just phenomenal. Honestly I am so glad I stumbled across his instagram page and more importantly this facility. I made an appointment through the Sport Clips app with your store manager, Jacob, for 12:30 PM. I arrived early at 12:20 PM, only to be told that Jacob was running 40 minutes behind. I was understanding and told the staff I would return in 30 minutes. I came back at 12:50 PM as promised and continued to wait. By 1:07 PM, I was then informed that Jacob -- your store manager -- would be taking other customers ahead of me, specifically a personal acquaintance of his. This was completely unacceptable. I had a confirmed appointment. I arrived early. I was patient through the delay. And yet I was passed over in favor of someone Jacob had a personal relationship with. The fact that this decision was made by the store manager himself makes it all the more troubling. He is the person responsible for upholding your standards -- not undermining them. Because of this, I was forced to leave without receiving any service. Not only did I waste my time, but I also wasted gas money making a trip that should have been honored. Most importantly, my son did not get his haircut in time for his homecoming -- something that cannot be undone. I am requesting a formal apology and assurance that this type of situation will not happen again. Appointments made through your app should be honored, and customers should never be skipped in favor of personal connections -- especially not by the person in charge of the store. I hope this matter is taken seriously and escalated to the appropriate level of leadership.

Ryan was my barber and he always did an awesome job. He is very professional and welcoming. I liked the fact that this barbershop worked by appointment and I didn't have to wait the times that I went.
