I check in and it says on deck. It also has another guy in front of me on deck as well which seemed odd. 2 minutes later my "on deck" changes to a 26 minute wait! That's what we started at 26 minutes ago. I asked what's up? "Oh one of the stylists went on break. It should only be about another 20 minutes". I usually try not to come here even though it is only 5 minutes from my house. Will continue to go to the Canfield one which is where I ended up. Much friendlier in Canfield as wekk.

Found this barbershop using Yelp while in town for the holidays. They took me as a walk in…read more(normally need a reservation) with very little wait time. Great place for a shave (so few places use a blade these days). Everyone was so friendly and I was treated as if I was a regular and local. I'm definitely coming here next time I'm in town.
