I check in and it says on deck. It also has another guy in front of me on deck as well which seemed odd. 2 minutes later my "on deck" changes to a 26 minute wait! That's what we started at 26 minutes ago. I asked what's up? "Oh one of the stylists went on break. It should only be about another 20 minutes".
