The staff member I dealt with seemed knowledgeable, and polite enough. He informed me of Telus' Devicecare program, as I had broken my previous phone on the job. I asked for the Devicecare immediately, and he explained how it worked, and told me he was putting it on my plan. Fast forward to 6 months later, and having phone troubles. So, I take the Devicecare card from my wallet, and give them a call, only to find out I never got it on my plan, and am basically out of luck. If you get your phone here, be sure to double check that they're giving you what they said on your plan.

I went back to the store and they said I need the old style remote, which they gave me. This remote didn't work either. I called Xfinity again and the residential department transferred me to the business department, then they said I need the residential department. Being a tech myself i check my side before placing call and all my calls which got resolved were related to their backend stuff. You might be without IPTV for few days going back and forth. So, best buy from someone else. I have another box from another shop, no issues and no glitches (used by elderly). Glad I didn't put all eggs in same basket. Once you buy you are stuck as they won't refund the money doesn't matter how many issues you face. Also, at times they might ask you to bring the box to shop for fixing software or setting glitch.
