When you use Rick's to install a system, unbeknownst to you, you have acquired a lifetime…read morecommitment from them. When we moved to a condo, they installed 3 big flat screens with a Sonos sound system, including one complex system with components in closed cabinets, and a remote that not only controlled it all, but reached right inside those closed cabinets to communicate. Magic. They consistently offered lower priced choices, and explained when a quality difference led them to recommend a more expensive option. We were confident we had the best quality at the best price - a buyer's dream. Since then, 2014, I've had occasion to call on them 3 times, when we made changes. Each time, as another reviewer stated, "I was treated like royalty." They dealt with my issues quickly and inexpensively, and made it clear they were there for us whenever we needed anything electronic. I was moved to write a review today, because my husband just finished a 30 minute phone conversation with Rick. We called, not realizing they were closed on weekends. Instead of saying that and telling us to call back, Rick asked what the problem was. In thirty minutes he talked John through a fix with the new Frontier cable box and its remote control that gave us back a living room television until Rick's programmer, Brian, was available to come and reprogram the universal remote. We had spent about 2 hours each on the phone with Frontier, who was very helpful, but couldn't figure out why their remote wouldn't work with their new box. Since we were trying to watch a hurricane and the US Open, we were very grateful. My husband asked Rick to please send us a bill for his time, especially since we discovered they were actually closed. Rick laughed and said, Oh no, this was part of their service. OK. So I love them.

Over the years, they have replaced six French doors, our front door, and 17 windows, ranging from small windows to large second-story windows, including beautiful custom half-moon windows. We broke the projects up into three separate installations over the years, and every experience has been excellent. The workers have always been professional, the installation quality has been outstanding, and they do an excellent job cleaning up afterward. Their stucco work has also been very impressive. We have been so pleased with their workmanship that even the City of Tarpon Springs has commented on how well this company does their work. We highly recommend Window Depot to anyone looking for quality windows and doors and professional installation. We are extremely happy customers and would absolutely use them again! She said he would be there around 11-12. 11:30 she called again told me he was going to leave job in 30 minutes, so would be at my place in an hour. No show. I called and texted several times. No more responses. Bottom line, they couldn't even call to say they decided not to do the job or whatever. With this company you are dealing with someone who isn't mature enough to handle his business. Who knows if he is even good.

We had a local man come out to assess who said the job was just not doable for him at that point. He had too many other appointments scheduled and what we needed would take up more time than he had. So he recommended Red Royal. They came out that same day and told us what the problem was. Power from the pole died due to the line being old and it not being buried in a tube. Replacement needed. They were out the following day and started digging WITH SHOVELS. They almost finished the job but the part they needed to connect to the box was not available until Monday. Back early on Monday they got the power going. Inspectors came out (Dunedin) and approved the job. They came back out and buried the line and left it looking like brand new. I cannot give enough props to the two men that were out here. Professional and hard working + friendly. We recommend Red Royal to everyone. Cannot say enough positive things about them. ZERO negative things. Thank you Red Royal for getting our home back up and running as quickly as possible.

The system goes out every time there is a software upgrade, and just randomly. Very unresponsive unless you physically go on site. We have nothing to compare their service to, and perhaps this is just the nature of home entertainment and sound systems, but our experience with their service ruined what should've been a lovely experience for us spending way more money than we ever dreamed we'd spend. I was going to give 1 star, but they did give us a discount on the upgrade TV to make it up to us. They deserve an extra star for the attempt. Also, there are a handful of very good employees here, and we did appreciate those individuals.
