We almost got out of the market but my wife found a locally owned and run business called on-call detail cleaning. The owner personally handled our call and our account anytime there was a question. As the name says they are on call 24 seven. And unlike our housekeeper, they are set up to completely deep clean vacation rentals in between each guest turn sure high ratings as host, great reviews, and a service that we have come to rely upon and trust. I can't believe we ever thought about getting out of the market because it's so lucrative, but like I said without a good team that you can depend and trust.,... it would've been almost impossible. This has been a great passive income and all thanks to our super reliable super flexible ultra professional team at on call detail cleaning. Aside from A good yelp review, we gave the owner of on-call detail cleaning a three day stay at one of the properties to show our appreciation. We appreciate Damita so much. Unlike the national brand that promises top-notch service and leaves you on hold with a different person each time to handle your account Dammita handles all her accounts personally I've never been on hold once, and I've never been told that they couldn't meet a cleaning schedule with absolutely even know advance. With a team like that we are in the short term vacation rentals with Houses we are just simply had for rent and we make in a weekend what we did in an entire month. The biggest challenge of that is making sure you have a team that can clean on a hotel standard and it's pretty much on call 24 seven. We've never had one complaint. Thanks!!

They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes. Mr. Kenny also took the time to point out other issues that needed attention -- things I would have never known about -- and gave me great pricing on those as well. It's rare to find a company that is both knowledgeable and genuinely looking out for the customer's best interest. A sales representative, Sam, came out later that afternoon and took measurements and looked at at everything ac related and installed a temporary window unit. Came back Saturday morning with a quote for new units and explained everything in detail to my father. What should have taken 15 minutes to explain turned into 45 minute trip. Sam took the time to sit and chat with my father about fishing and being in the service. Being in hospitality for 30+ years it is nice to see being hospitable is not dead.
