Since they have taken over: free base jumpers have parachuted off the top of the building in the middle of the night, there has been an increase in police calls to the building , and just last weekend someone was murdered here during a 2-apartment party at 3 AM. The management company has its own issues but Signal 88 makes things infinitely worse. It's a nice place but it's going down the shitter fast. First off, for a security company they don't secure a damn thing. Garage doors are constantly left open, as are other doors that should be secured to get into the building. The sad thing is that these doors are a 30 second walk from where they sit. Secondly, they just let large groups of people walk in and don't even question it. Third, if someone is parking in your spot that you pay $150/month for they don't lift a damn finger. The building already has arrangements with a towing company but they will never call. Doesn't matter if that car hasn't moved in days your stuck without a spot. Fourth... they are too lazy to look for your packages that they put away. There is a 99.9999% chance it's back there but there's a 50% chance they won't find it. They lost a package of mine that management found months later. And there was another situation where a guard said my packages weren't delivered. When I asked to go back and look (which they are not supposed to allow) I found them in less than a minute. And there has been numerous occasions where a guard couldn't find my package but at the shift change I'll ask the new person and they have no problem finding it. 1 star is way too high... and zero stars is too many. In a way I feel bad for this company cause it's employees are basically stealing money from by doing nothing or actually sleeping on the job. It's a disgrace and one of the main reasons why I am leaving this apartment complex ASAP.

Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy.
