At which time I was informed of some cancellation charges by the staff and that Doctor refused to keep me as patient and demanaded I pay all the charges due to cancellations even though I had requested rescheduling. I also received a certified letter from the office stating the cancellation of his services. The Doctor is a god doctor and covered all the testings that I must add so was the staff I dealt with. However the Office Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.

So, what was the point of this appointment? Their next available appointment to see the doctor and have the ultrasound done is in 6 weeks. That's just unacceptable. Nice staff and no doubt the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable but wasted my time.

The east side unit is always clean and up-to date with working technology. Highly recommend taking your child here in the case of an emergency as they only have 20 rooms for each unit so the staff is much more attentive.
