Every time I went they sent me to another doctor to get more tests done. Orthodontist, periodontist, endodontist?, etc.. and never solved anything. They guessed I had to build up my bite and go to this other type of doc which would have cost $20k and they still weren't sure if that was the way to go! It was so frustrating. I recently got a new job and found this dentist. My first visit was the most thorough visit I've ever had at a dentist (and I've had a lot of dental work done). 1.5 hours. I then saw Dr. Odland who came up with a plan immediately for my front teeth which would be a lot cheaper and easier. I have since gone back to get my front teeth shaved down (eek) and currently have temp crowns on. A bit scary but they talked me through everything and were very gentle and their attention to detail was amazing!! I was there for 3 hours and they made sure I was comfy. I had great experiences during all 4 visits with Dr. Cheron and his staff (consult, root canal, and two bleaching follow-ups). The front desk staff were welcoming and went over the costs with me ahead of time. I was very nervous for the procedure but Dr. Cheron and his assistant Tanae were skilled and caring that I didn't feel any discomfort besides some expected pressure and vibrations. I experienced no pain after the root canal, no issues with eating/drinking, and my tooth's color had visible improvements within 24 hours. During the procedure, Dr. Cheron kept me updated on his progress and what he is seeing, and did multiple X-rays to check his work before moving on. I was able to see before and after X-rays of my tooth by the end of the treatment. I was very impressed with the level of care, communication, and transparency I received as a patient. Like other reviews mentioned, they will play music of your choice during the procedure; initially I thought this was just for fun, but it actually helped me to relax more.

The staff was very friendly and was very warm and welcoming. Once taken back to the servicing area it looked a bit thrown together. Not like a normal enclosed room with professional tools but I was ok with that as long as the service was good. The hygienist was very kind.But upon beginning, my cleaning, I noticed very little professional tools were used that I was used to seeing in a dentist office. She barely cleaned much with any tools. Basically cleaned my teeth with a small pick for just a moment or two. Then flossing was done. They immediately put me in for xrays to see what my teeth were like. That was expected. But then they went into sales mode and were pushing me to replace multiple teeth with implants. I was shocked. I take good care of my teeth and didn't expect that at all. They pushed for me to fill out applications to purchase the procedure and I did foolishly. Anyway, then I mentioned i was interested in teeth whitening. They had that too and submitted a ticket for $800 for trays. I don't know why i signed for that but I did. Just felt pressured and I folded. Anyway after leaving I had buyers remorse and I called them back a few days later and told them to cancel. They first said ok and then a few days later they called me and told me the trays were ready. I asked them to cancel. They ended up returning $400 but refused to return all of it. Not only were they twice the price of anyone within fifty miles, I lost $400 dollars and the trays. Lesson learned. Anyway, I would not recommend this place at all. I found another dentist that's reputable and did a thorough cleaning. Made listless to say I will not be going back to this place ever.
