I initially thought $40.00 was a fair price, considering you spend 5-10 minutes waiting which is part of your 20min stay. I had intended to tip $10.00 and maybe return, but this experience was beyond frustrating. Save yourself the trouble - stay far away from this place. Back when they first started, they offered in-home massages and would come to my house. Then they opened a small studio in Pico that I visited while pregnant, and now they're in their newest location. I've always had great experiences here. This time I saw Lisa for the first time (I've previously only worked with Rosie), and she was so kind and had such calming, wonderful energy. She was very intentional from the start -- asking detailed questions about where I was experiencing pain and how she could best help me. I told her I'm 14 months postpartum and have been dealing with "mommy wrist" in both hands for almost 10 months now. She immediately had a plan that included cupping and hot stones, and throughout the session she explained what she was doing and how it could help with the chronic pain.
