He takes the time to listen no matter how many questions you have and seems to be really concerned. He found out why I might be having a problem with an implant I had put in my eye as it was not put in correctly. This is after my other Dr. wanted me to have my other eye done with the same type of surgery. Good thing I had a bad feeling about it from the beginning and didn't have it done. Dr. Blanco explained in detail what was wrong. I would have never known had I not switched Doctors. My husband and I are very satisfied with the Doctor and his staff

I do what most guys in their 30's that I know that I know do when they think they've been seriously hurt... call up their Mom and Dad. They told me about their eye doctor, Dr Pandi, who they've been going to for years and seeing as how I haven't been to the eye doctor since my teenage years (she was actually my Aunt but is long since retired), I trust their opinion and agreed to go see them. My mom called their office (thanks Ma!) and they were able to fit me in as an emergency last-minute appointment. The doc told that although I had a pretty "deep" corneal abrasion, I was going to be fine and should heal up over the next two weeks to a month. Dr Pandi has amazing bedside manner, super steady hands (had to remove incorrectly growing filaments from my eye using tweezers.. what precision!) and has done a phenominal job hiring a very addept front office staff. I must concur with Oscar below me, Dr Avi Pandey is indeed "a brilliant and compassionate opthamologist." Thank you again for saving my strong me from long-term damage and for being patient with me throughout all my questions.

After neglecting my eyes for the past two years, I made an appointment with Dr. Jonathan Kruh of…read moreComprehensive Ophthalmology. He was recommended by my primary care physician, as my previous eye doctor had moved his office. I was very nervous going there, as I don't like having my pupils dilated, and I had been having some vision problems as of late. The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me by telling me how nice it was to meet me after we had spoken several times on the phone. She made me feel more at ease. The technician led me to the exam room, and was polite and professional as he took my information and medical history. They even take a photo via the computer to add to your file! Dr, Kruh was one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He introduced himself when he walked in the room, took the time to talk to me and asked me about any current issues I was experiencing with my eyes, and I felt more relaxed and not rushed. I subsequently verbally beat myself up about not staying on top of my vision problems, as I had been busy with other issues, and he advised me that I should just focus on making better choices moving forward, now that I was sitting there. I mentioned that I was nervous, and he reassured me that there was no need to worry. Dr. Kruh was very thorough with the exam. He performed some diagnostic procedures, with different types of lights, that I had never had done before. When I was not opening my eyes wide enough, he gently held my eyes open so that he could view everything he needed to, to make an accurate diagnosis. And when he dilated my pupils, I was more at ease, so it was not as bad as I had recalled. When all was said and done, he took the time to explain the results of the tests, provided me with a new prescription for glasses, and gave me some sample eye drops. I had mentioned that I am on the computer many hours during the day, and he told me that people will often not blink enough when they are looking at a computer, and your eyes get dry. He suggested I keep a bottle on my desk at work. I will no longer be neglecting my eyes in the future. Dr. Khuh and Comprehensive Ophthalmology have taken away my apprehension of going for my annual eye exam. I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Kruh and Comprehensive Ophthalmology to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor. They are the best!
