Vivax Pros just finished repairing and painting our house and we are very happy. The level of communication, quality of work, and timeliness of the job were all quite satisfactory. We recommend Vivax Pros and would use them again ourselves. We needed quite a bit of wood siding and trim replaced due to rot, and a big advantage of this company is that they handle all of that. The initial quote was very thorough, but another walk through with the Carpentry coordinator ensured we found all the damaged wood. Wood replacement took less than a day. The paint crew was also very professional - a team of 3-4 folks painted our large house over the course of 3 days. They were friendly, exceptionally clean, and were as low profile as they could be. Each evening, they cleaned up and neatly stored any ladders and equipment. After the painting was complete, the project coordinator walked around the house with me as we found any imperfections or touch-ups needed and a smaller crew from the original paint team corrected the minor issues over the course of an hour right then. I had a great experience working with Vivax Pros this month (July 2025) painting the exterior of my home. As a new first time homeowner, the process seemed daunting, but Vivax was there with me through it all. Although just completed this month, this project was a year in the making! From the initial consult estimate, Vivax worked with me to reschedule the project when it worked into my budget. However, Vivax really shone when it came to the actual week of painting--Randy, my project manager, made sure the pre-painting power washing was thorough and helped talk me through some last-minute painting indecisions (who would've known a house would have so many different wooden components you'd have to consider?!). Started as the traditional door knocking during a neighborhood canvassing last year. The timing wasn't right for us at the time, but they provided us a fair quote and ASKED if we'd be okay with them following up in a few months. We agreed. They honored their word and waited until the new year to see whether the timing was better, it wasn't, but they understood and again agreed to follow up later. Again they followed up as agreed and we began talking about pricing differences from previous year and how they would honor original quote if we could be flexible with scheduling as they were hoping to fill some gaps and keep the crews working. As it turned out, they beat the original quote and got us in within three weeks. The whole process was very organized. Project coordinator, construction work walk through, the trim repairs, project manager walk through, paint matching, prep work and paint. All communicated clearly, people arrived on time as coordinated, and the prep and paint work was completed in just two days. The crew was fantastic, cleaning up as they went, courteous, and respectful of our property. They were careful in how they masked off features. They communicated their timeline well and Brian worked with me and my schedule in advance so that I could plan and accommodate their needs (i.e., being home so they could mask off the threshold and around the frame of my front door). The crew is experienced and work as a team. They have their own roles and are masters of their craft. I was amazed at the efficiency and speed with which they worked. The quality of the work is phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the final product. Moreover, the team members were friendly and courteous/cautious of my property. They treated my home like their own. A lot of prep work went into the home before the actual painting project: Vivax replaced rotting woodwork, nailed in loose siding, pressure washed the home, caulked around the doors and windows as needed. We had a very pleasant experience with Vivax. It started with the young man who came to our door 2 months ago asking if we were thinking about painting our house. We had been thinking about it for years, but between the cost and my inability to choose a color, we just keep putting it off. we had been kicking around the idea of painting the house when we happened to hear about Vivax Pros. We scheduled an initial consultation and it went from there. They were a very low pressure sales, which I was thankful for, and were very clear and transparent about the cost and services they could offer. I needed to wait several months before I could paint, and they had no issues with this at all. they had in-house woodworking and house power washers, which meant all I had to do was confirm dates. The painters themselves were great. It was a team of four or five and I can't believe how quickly they knocked it out. All of the windows and other items were well taped, and draped. And all of the caulking was done perfectly. after the painting, I had a very detailed walk-through and discussion of their warranty and how I could call them back for touchups if needed at no cost. we are very happy with the level of service we received for the competitive price, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone on the fence about painting their house. The appointment was scheduled in short order with Morgan who has a great eye for color, the measurements were taken and the estimate was provided promptly. Lindsey Vivax Pros project manager arrived on time with her crew (Leo and Abraham) and promptly began work. The entire process took only 2 days and the crew was courteous with our space and we were able to live with very few impediments. Lindsey stayed in touch with the crew throughout the process. Lindsey conducted a preliminary walk through and pointed out minor touch ups that were only visible to a trained eye. The corrections were made promptly and we conducted our acceptance inspection. Instead of glossing over the work, he explained their whole prep process up front -- caulking the seams, cracks, and nail heads, priming the bottom boards, scraping any loose or peeling paint, tapping in popped nails, and matching stucco texture on patched areas. The crew of about five started on the Monday we'd planned, worked full days, and knocked it out over consecutive days rather than dragging it across weeks. They were tidy and careful around doors, windows, light fixtures, and our landscaping. The part that really earned the five stars: at the final walkthrough we got picky and flagged a handful of small imperfections.
