When seven people go to an Italian restaurant, and three order steak, that says one of two things: either the place has a very good reputation for steak, or the menu isn't grabbing people.
Vivace? The latter.
When you compound a solid but unremarkable menu with poor service, you have to do something to draw people in, and/or entice them to come back. The wine list and ambience are good, but not amazing. The location is neither here nor there, unless you're going to the movies nearby.
And the prices? Not outrageous, but hardly cheap enough to keep you coming back.
