Kaylee was so nice and attentive she let me take a lot of poses and guide me through each step of the process with good professionalism. I am so happy, and I love all my photos and they came out very elite, and with good quality for four poses only paid $200 and that is very reasonable and my opinion. They do require a deposit of $50, but it goes towards the bill. It's very nice in here and good personalities . It takes only a few days to wait for your order to be ready. He speaking to me raised tone I had to tell him to lower his voice and reel it in . I know to the customers in front of him , maybe he look cool , taking a phone call , but to the caller , I need the attention on me So he yell and repeat himself and give me terrible statements like he can't send package info over the phone and he can't this and can't that These ppl are scammers and rip you off and don't give your pics to you , unless charging ENTIRE PRICE PER PIC !!!!! then he tells me they are the only ones who do the photos in town as if there's not thousands of studios located in Los Angeles Anyways skip this place they're gonna charge you $45 for the shoot and then per image they're charging another $45 So if you get glamour shots package that's $250 plus $25o.oo per image and all other poses and pics you're never gonna see them So , if you want five pics you're looking at spending 1250.oo. It was good, but then everything went downhill. Spent $400+ for a 10 picture package that started well. I also bought 4 passport photos, and our package charged at almost $40. We dressed up in our finest and rocked what we could. The day came for us to get our pictures. They had everything, BUT the passport photos. We weren't charged for it, but since I tipped +$62, I originally thought the price had it included. That's when the bad experience started. The heavy set Mexican girl behind the counter couldn't stop giggling at my predicament. She said the photographer didn't save my photos. She then said "Oh I could do your photos NOW!" With her oblivious to the fact that I dressed up for the ones I wanted. She kept pushing for us to get it done and NOT one ounce of regret for the inconvenience we're going through. I thought I was getting a bargain for what I was getting. Turns out I was burned by people who don't give a damn. I tipped them thinking their service was exemplary, only to find them crushingly disappointing. My advice, make sure you double-check EVERYTHING. You'd think someone who takes pictures for a living would know how to save photos. read more

I would recommend this studio for anyone who has a really high budget. I came here to take pictures with my boyfriend for our anniversary, and honestly was disappointed because we were paying a lot for just three pictures... that were emailed to us digitally. The session is not for a long time, and $100 for about 15min and 3 pictures to me is crazyyy. It just hurt as we are picking out the top three and for the photographer to delete the remaining pictures (like why not give it if you're deleting... cuz it's not as though they took time like other photographers to edit, it's honestly auto-edit feature to me ) I am giving two stars because our photographer did help us with poses, but I'm not going to lie, a lot of photographers do that so it doesn't make this studio quite special. The price of this studio versus what you get is not parallel, and I learned my lesson and will go to other studios and freelance photographers that provides more pictures at a better quality with reasonable price points next time read more
