I wish I could take away the stars that people put in for her. My wife and I asked her to represent us in getting emergency custody of a child, who was being abused and neglected by her mother. The child had a double fracture of her radius and her ulna due to her biological father stomping on it and an abdominal hernia from her biological father kicking her at the same time he gave the child's mother two black eyes and choke marks on her neck from when he beat the child's mother in front of a 1yo child. The biological father is a career criminal and has been in and out of prison for the last 15 years. This was his most recent cause for incarceration, the fact that he beat his wife in front of a 1yo child.
Not only did she refuse to file any form of documentation that would have even given us temporary custody to get her on my insurance so that she could maybe get her arm fixed at Brooke Army Medical Center, the flagship hospital of the Armed Forces, she even refused to serve any documents to the child's mother who neglected her and left her at friends houses for hours on end, or at daycare past their closing hours because the child's mother was found past out drunk and high on drugs and didn't remember to pick up her child on time. She even refused to attempt to serve the biological father of the child, who was in prison for domestic violence in front of a minor.
When asked to file for emergency custody, she refused because "I am not going to do something that this firm doesn't agree with." So, in short. She will refuse to do anything you ask if she doesn't like it. If you look at it another way, she also agrees with putting children who are vulnerable and impressionable with their primary abusers. She wants children to be placed with the same people that break their bones, neglect them, and live in violent homes. For 68 days of employment, she was only able to file 4 documents with the courts. That is all she was able to do to keep a child safe. Instead, she aided and abetted the mother, against her clients wishes by telling us to take the child to a CPS office parking lot and leave her there for the mother to come pick her up whenever she arrives, even though that office doesn't do transitions of care. Tiffany did not even call that CPS office to confer with them to assure that it was a safe environment, or if they were even willing to participate in the transition of care.
If you need anything done quickly and efficiently, please do not use this attorney. If you have even a shred of integrity, I would choose another lawyer because she took all of our money and did none of the work that we requested that she do. read more
