As a result of trusting my sister, the executor, I took tens of thousands of dollars and threw them to the wind. Randall did not represent me, I ultimately had to hire my own lawyer, more money out of pocket, to protect my interests. I ended up sitting there with my lawyer in the H&W conference room across from Evans, my two sisters and 3 or 4 other H&W junior lawyers (at some ungodly rate) to try to unravel the settlement. I and my father were told by my sister that the estate would simply be split three ways between the 3 siblings, lying not only to me but my elderly father. It is a long, arduous story how I was taken advantage of during the worst days of my life and I will not try to relive it here.
