I will however give the ownership / management a 1. Let me explain. Wife, both kids and I been coming to this location for well over a year. We have bought ALL of our mods, juices, kits, coils.. Everything. We have referred so many of our friends that this is almost embarrassing to admit that we are kinda done with this location. I started on Turkish Tobacco house juice. Was great!! Went a couple months then every time I went into the store I would get 'Sorry man, we are out and we won't have any until the next shipment which should be in Thursday. This stuff is super popular'. Go in Thursday and 'Nope man, sorry we didnt get any'. A little frustrating. So I gave Zach behind the counter my # and said call when they come in please. He did. I bought all the 3 mil that came in (back when they had the big bottles :) ). So dealt with this for a few more months and noticed that hhhhmm Its going 'out of stock a lot again' right after they went to the single bottles (30 mil). Figured out what day the shipment was coming in and showed up that day. They had only 10 bottles of this 'apparently highly sought after house juice'. I asked to buy them all and was told ' sorry we cant do that, we need to keep some for our other customers'. I see their point, but come on guys!! Is anyone telling the guy who decides how much to send to stores wtf is going on??? So here is the kicker... Zach lets me know that they are stopping production on Turkish Tobacco?!!?? This highly sought after, never in stock juice is going to no longer be produced!?!? What sense does this make ?? I ask Zach 'Ok, you ALSO do Turkish, what do you recommend for my next flavor??' He responds 'Black Pearl'. So I think what the hell, lets give it a shot. Bought 4 bottles and went on my way. Turns out the stuff is pretty good!! Go in a week later to buy more and BOOM.. 'Sorry man, we are out until we get our next shipment in'. I ask, 'Can I buy all that comes in when it comes?'. 'No' is the response... 'Can I prepay for additional bottles when the next order is placed so I don't affect your other customers?'. 'No, we don't do that'. So my whole grievance is just this. You are a business. If you cant supply a product on a consistent basis to VALUED repeat customers how do you expect to keep them? I personally sell oil & gas products all over the world in a different marketplace but sheesh, if I did this to my customers, we would be out of business. If you do not have folks with the skill set to understand supply chain, supply / demand and replenishment principles please let me know. I will get you all hooked up and wont even charge you!!! Once again, Zach and gang at the store, nice peeps. They seem to always have their hands tied when it comes to customer issues when dealing with 'the management'. He was very busy gossiping (lack of a better word) about his "followers" on his social media. Additionally there were words used that really had no place being used at work. Upon being available, this employee proceeded to notice me. I will give him positive points on knowing the selection of juices they carry. I loved the displays and immediately noticed what a nice selection of products carried and the long wall of e-juice was impressive and contained a good well stocked inventory of choices. I was told they lost the menu and didn't have anything written to look at. I recognized some of the brands and some were new to me but unfortunately there was not even a list so I had to rely on the staff to help and tried to explain what flavors I liked. He couldn't find or suggest anything and eventually offered something that he thought I would like. I was generally satisfied with my purchase but still felt like if a had a list I could have found something better. On my second visit I brought my wife with because she wanted to try something new and still no menu and were told the iPad with the menu was broken. Same frustrating experience yet we were the only ones in the store and the clerk seemed more interested in his cell phone conversation about his Instagram account and the free samples he was getting. Overall it was a nice shop but the staff is kind of immature and more concerned with the cloud blowing scene and their social media followers than educating, and helping their customers.
