Trainers are lovely - Dante and Jackie. They were doing a breast cancer fundraiser and gladly donated to it. The space is small but they make the most of it. Seemed like a fun group of people. Any other 24 hour fitness is superior to this one, and so are all the other gyms. They don't clean, they don't even provide plastic bags that are supposed to be provided per their own sign in men's locker. Nothing to dry wet clothes. No towel service.!Scale in bathroom is not calibrated which I brought to attention of worker who just smiled and waved it off as if that isn't a major problem for people who depend on the scales.. Machines are broken with no fix signs. NO SIDE RAISE MACHINES. The freaking benches aren't even fully adjustable. It's either flat or inclined. Dumbbells have different handles for same weight (are you guys not a huge corporation, you can't afford it?) AND they keep raising prices and have also introduced late fees that tack on immediately (no other gym does this as far as I know). In conclusion; I'll be taking photos/videos for evidence of everything I can that's wrong with the gym and will be forwarding that to corporate in hopes it reaches shitty management. -Mussa EDIT: sending a cleaning crew doesn't solve the main issues I mentioned. Bring back the clothes dryers, plastic bags, towel service and the name 24 hour fitness. And get some adjustable benches.

I love the fact that this location is actually open 24 Hours a day and 7 days a week. Those hours are extremely convenient if you are restless at 2:00am and are looking to burn off some energy. Everything, down to the last shower stall, is well worth the bus ride from my house to this gym. I especially like the fact that the geography is exceedingly convenient, as you have this gym, the Topanga Village, Costco, and Topanga Mall all in one spot! I will definitely be coming back for a Long, Long time!

Recvd, I scanned my cell, I was approached by a team member staff letting me me know I can't use this facility that's only been here less than 10 yrs I told him I'm grandfathered in, he told me it doesn't matter!! How rude This is the type of stuff that makes you wanna own your own home gym, i emailed 24hr fitness 3 wks ago, but I've recvd no correspondence from them.. At this point I may have to contact BBB, to get full correspondences and correction for my membership.. in the past the other 24hr fitness's have not replaced seats, the showers were nasty and they had cobwebs for non cleaning and some of the machines just don't work. If I'm going to get turned down every time I go to a 24hr fitness, I may have to cancel my membership for unfairness This is wack!!

I've worked with personal trainers for the past 20 years or so and have found that my current trainer, Ryan at the Calabasas studio, is one of the most knowledgable . His attention to each individual's differences and needs is remarkable. No two clients get the same workout. He makes needed adjustments on the equipment to ensure the client is getting the most beneficial positions and weights and is able to pinpoint an individual's joints and muscles that need special attention. Several new trainers have come through this studio, but I hope Ryan is there for a very long time.
