I figured for $70 for 1 hour, it's worth a try. It's a no-frills establishment, but very zen. Soft music, oil diffusers and quiet. I was put into a room and asked to undress. Lisa, an Asian woman, came in and proceeded to give me a "towel on" rub down to loosen up the tons of pent up lactic acid in my body. That lasted about 10 mins. For a tiny woman, she had amazingly strong hands! Then off came the towel and I was in massage oil heaven! She asked if she was being too hard on me (NO!!) and told me that I had "too much stress" in my shoulder area and hips. She focused on that pain I had, and proceeded to give me pretty much, the BEST full body massage I've ever had! She ended with hot stones and a wonderful head and facial massage. I could feel my blood flowing and all the bad energy leaving through my finger tips and toes. I rested for a bit, got dressed and she gave me water telling me to hydrate. No language barrier there. Anne is a skilled therapist, and I enjoyed the Thai/Swedish massage combination. She was respectful of my modesty (though with Thai massage you have to know proximity is much closer than with European massages, for the stretching parts). I appreciated that Anne used hot stones intermittently, so her hands and the lotion were both warm. I definitely left feeling more relaxed than when I came in. And the complimentary hot tea, chocolates, and water after the massage were thoughtful extras. Downsides: Customization--they did ask about any injuries, medical conditions, etc. for intake, and Anne asked what I would like her to focus on. However, it did not feel like the massage was tailored to that request; it felt like the normal routine. Noise--this is a busy downtown area, with thin windows. Loud people on the street could be heard, and you can also hear the train going past intermittently. In addition, the massage rooms are actually cubicles that don't go to the ceiling. This means that when another customer came in, I could very clearly hear the conversation she was having with her massage therapist before her massage. It did detract from the experience. Overall, it was a wonderful massage but wasn't exactly what I was looking for today. The pool area is still really in need of a deep clean. The baseboards are filled with dirt and possibly mold? Tons of dead bugs by the hot tub windows. For as pricey as this place is, it's really dirty when you look around. This wouldn't fly in a 5 star hotel anywhere else. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL FACILITY There are so many reasons…read morewhy I don't recommend this facility. I scheduled my daughter's sweet 16 massage for her and myself only to find that there is no treatment room, the lobby is the treatment room the only thing separating the front desk/waiting area to the massage table is a curtain! It literally is arm's length away from each other. After dropping my daughter off for what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday massage, turned out to be a Jerry Springer show. The woman who apparently was in the "treatment room" which again was basically the lobby before my daughter was still in service so my daughter and I stepped out to give her privacy since there is no separation between rooms. I ran a quick errand while my daughter went back inside to patiently await her 3 p.m. massage that didn't get started until 3:10, and we arrived at 2:45 to be courteous and professional, unlike this establishment. Neither my daughter nor I either could tell you the therapist's name (which I believe is the owner) because she never introduced herself to my daughter, and when she finally took her into the "treatment room" she didn't even tell my daughter to undress before leaving the room, so my daughter had to ask her what garments to take off, in front her prior client mind you. Furthermore, when my daughter's massage began she could hear all of the noise from the other side of the curtain that consisted of traffic, and the sounds of the prior clients texting and photographing. To add to this entire situation the prior client (still sitting in the lobby/treatment room with her dog) then made a very stressful phone call on the other side of the curtain regarding her ride home and was huffing and sighing loudly before, after, and during that call. To conclude this entire disaster, when I then returned to the facility and heard the woman's stressed noises, I was concerned about whether or not my daughter could even enjoy her experience with all of the commotion, and when I discovered that there wasn't a separate treatment room, that feeling was amplified. In addition, the prior client had made a loud comment about how her phone was dying and then the therapist proceeded to engage in a conversation over my daughter regarding a phone charger, and then rudely told my daughter "I'm not doing this anymore, I'm going to leave the room and you can get dressed and go" far before the massage was over and proceeded to tell me that I was the rude one because the prior client had an "emergency" (which come to find out was that her Uber wasn't there yet) and that my daughter and I needed to leave. That being said, if you love hearing other people's conversations, texting noises, camera shutter clicking, along with being in bright lighting with no privacy, then this is the place for you. However, if you don't then stay away from "pamper me pink" This was the most unrelaxing facility and I have no idea how she has five stars aside from the fact that her friends or family must have been the ones to write the reviews. Please save yourself the time, money, gas, and energy that we didn't due to not knowing that there would be a million and one things that would go wrong, and on my daughter's sweet 16 nonetheless. If I could give a 0-star rating, I would because any professional LMT/owner would realize that it is not acceptable or relaxing for your current customer to hear you conversing with your prior client during the massage and over their body.

But it probably doesn't help I'm picking up a 30+LB toddler. Before moving to the area I'd get a massage at least once a month and was lightly searching for a new massage therapist. I am so glad I found Holli! It took coming at least once a week for a month to get my neck feeling almost 100%. But she does wonders! She always asks if there is any issue or places to focus on. I don't like large massage spas, I like smaller self owned places. So happy I found her!
