I was not charged for the consultation (+) and advised as to what I might want to try. I returned in September having not worn my top retainer for about 3-4 months. I was thinking I would have to have braces again and at my age I didn't want wire ,I wanted Invisaligns. This would have cost around $1600. Dr. Browne assured me that I wouldn't need to get braced up again and that my teeth had not lost much alignment. Whew! Instead, I paid for an impression for a new top retainer and I picked up in 2 days! I couldn't believe the short turn around time. BUT WAIT there's more! My bottom retainer had a rough edge on it. Dr. Browne clipped and smoothed it off and it was as good as new. No charge! (+) I am most appreciative to Dr. Browne's HONESTY. No one tried to upsell me or get me to buy products I didn't really need. I'm grateful to the efficiency of the staff and getting the work done in such a timely manner.
